Was recommended to this place by a friend of my wife. My feet take a beating on the hard courts in the desert. I need a pedicure monthly to keep them in good shape. Ann’s got be right in on a busy Sunday. My technician was great. I was told to get the deluxe pedicure and it was one of the best I’ve had.$50 I thought was well worth it.
If you are looking for nicely groomed shorter nails….Sophie is your gal. After looking at a gazillion salons on yelp…and reading another gazillion reviews…I narrowed my search to Ann’s Nail Salon…and chose Sophie to give me a manicure and pedicure. After seeing the same manicurist for 21 yrs…I was on a mission after moving to Rancho Mirage to find a replacement manicurist.
I hit a home run on my first try. Sophie did an absolutely wonderful job!

The service and the quality of my manicure were disappointing. I spent two hours, and almost $80 for a French manicure and pedicure on Sunday only to have the paint on the manicure crack by Tuesday morning and start to peel before I got back from my work trip on Thursday.
My friend and I stopped by on Jan 12 to get a mani and pedi together since we both had good experiences at this salon. We were given an 11am appointment and we both were given a chair for the pedicure and manicure at the same time. The water was extremely hot and we asked for the nail tech to fix it, which she did. It seemed like the salon was short staffed, since the nail tech who did my friend's pedicure was the same person who did mine after she finished with my friend. Which meant I spent almost an hour in the chair just soaking my feet. When she finally got to me, she seemed to be an a hurry and did a messy job on my toes, but later corrected. When she got to my manicure she did the same thing, I asked her to fix it again. Although she fixed it, I did not appreciate her tone or reluctance to correct it. I was not asking for any complicated design, all I was asking for was simple French manicure.
If they were short staffed that day, it would have been great for someone to let us know they could not help us, so we could have gone to another salon. I understand that regular nail polish doesn't last as long as gel, but it shouldn't last only two days. It's worth nothing that I was traveling for work, and therefore not doing anything to really ruin the polish.

First time here, I was reccomend by a friend and wow!! These women did not disappoint. Thank you very much Sophie, and the sweet girl who did my red toes as well I love them both so much, I left very happy today!!
I came to this nail salon on a whim. I walked in with no reservation and was seated right away with the utmost politeness and respect. The facility was clean and well kept. I was paired with Sophie and WOW I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with her. She did a fill and color change on my nails and a collagen treatment on my hands (severe dry skin). Sophie did a phenomenal job. I should have taken a photo of my nails right after, but here they are a day later looking just fabulous!
Every time I go to Kate, I walk away super satisfied with my nails. She’s so talented, the shape and design is always PERFECT. I am super particular about the shape of my nails and most other places I have went in the are always give me lumpy and misshaped nails.. but Kate nails it every time! I will be a client forever!!

Just moved from New York and was looking for a place to do my nails and this location is so amazing. I get the best pedicures manicures acrylic SNS and Gell. . Cat does me eyelashes they last and they are amazing. Ladies, when Tom does a pedicure, you’ll be in heaven.. I truly hope they never leave. This is the place to go when in need of pampering your self.
Pro nails under new management is amazing 🤩 I was there 3 weeks ago for dipping powder and I love it ♥️ today I went back and got the best pedicure I have got in years. Kate is super friendly and Tom he is the best on pedicures.

I’m a boy mom of 2, homemaker, and WFH, and went to a party and these gorgeous nails are still holding up perfectly. The gentleman that did them is an artist!! They were also able to do my nails in a reasonable time as I had other engagements that day, thank you!!
I was a bit iffy coming because of the previous reviews i have read, but i decided to come anyways. I absolutely LOVE my nails and the service was great. All of the workers were very kind and did an awesome job. I will be back💖
